Orders before 3.00PM are sent same day, Orders after 3PM are sent next working day (after 3pm on a Friday are sent the following Monday).
Delivery times, once despatched:
- Netherlands - 1-2 Working Days
- Belgium - 1-3 Working Days
- Rest of Europe inc UK - 2-7 Working Days (depending on location)
- Rest of World - 4 - 15 Working Days (depending on location)
We do not offer an express service.

eSim are sent via email immediately after payment confirmation.
Please note: In some cases, if the order is held for a fraud check, your eSim wont be sent until this check has been completed. This can take from a few minutes to a few hours.
