Because your SIM numbers are stored in your account, it's a lot easier to top up your SIM for any of our 200+ destinations. Once you have selected your top up, you will be asked for your SIM number, but if you are logged in you will find all your SIM numbers (and their name if you named them) available to select, without having to type the SIM number in.


Checking your data usage is a lot easier
When you want to check you data usage you will need to know your SIM number. If you are logged in, your SIM numbers will be automatically available to select. If you have named them, the name will show so you can easily recognise which SIM is which without having to remember your SIM number.

Faster Support
In the rare case that you need support from us, having an account makes it far easier to support you. We don't need you to provide us with order numbers or SIM numbers because all your information is stored in your account.
This is the main reason we prefer our customers to have an account, it means we can provides a better, faster service.
